Nigeria Police Supretendent, SP (Dr) Dimka awarded UN Eminent Ambassador

A Nigeria Police officer, SP (Dr) Usman Dimka on Thursday was awarded with the UN Eminent Ambassador Award by the United National International World Peace.

The Police supretendent nomination was made by public because of his extraordinary leadership, exemplify commitment to his profession, and positive impact on society and the field of policing.

Also by dedicating his life to cultivating resiliency and empowerinf the youth to avoid the perils of drugs, gangs, crimes, and violence.

SP Dimka was selected from over 2,700 nominees from 50 nations. In highly selective process, only 37 police officers received the award in Africa continent, and one of them is SP Dimka.

He made the list of the international ambassadors of the World Peace for his exceptional achievement, selfless acts, commitment to public service and community safety.

Acknowledging these acts, SP Dimka has always provided the opportunity to showcase exceptional work of the Nigeria Police profession to emulate.

SP Dimka is a recepients of many international award which recognized his exemplary performance in professional policing, outstanding and heroic achievement.

Responding, SP Dimka thanked God Almighty for all He has been blessing him and his family. He appreciated the Nigeria Inspector General of Police, IGP (Dr) Baba Usman Alkali and his management team; the Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Ari Mohammed Ali, PhD and his management team; all the members of the Nigeria Police Forcein general; the good Citizens of our dear nation, Nigeria.

He dedicated the Award to his beloved wife of whom he has always been proud of as his pillar.

SP. Dimka is the Commander of the EagleNet, a Police special combatant squad in Delta State.
