Abuja, NIGERIA — In a world where higher education is often a luxury reserved for the privileged, one visionary leader is set to disrupt the status quo. HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, the dynamic General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, is dreaming to embark on a groundbreaking mission to establish a Free University for the poor and vulnerable—a bold initiative that promises to redefine the landscape of education in Africa.

Speaking to Time Africa during a courtesy call, King Apostle Chibuzor said his desire to establish Free University is to eliminate the financial barriers that prevent countless aspiring students from achieving their dreams.

Offering completely free registration, tuition, and accommodation, the university when born, stands as a stark contrast to other mission universities that impose fees far beyond the reach of the impoverished.

To be funded squarely by church offerings and tithes, Apostle Chibuzor’s vision is to ensure that every child—regardless of economic background—can access quality education and unlock their potential.

Over the past decade, Apostle Chibuzor has laid a remarkable foundation for this ambitious vision, establishing 36 functional free schools across Nigeria. His commitment to inclusive education shines through in free specialized school for children with autism and an innovative free all-girls technical college, empowering young women to pursue careers in fields typically dominated by men. This is not just about education; it’s about fostering a generation of leaders who can drive social change.

Beyond education, Apostle Chibuzor is a beacon of hope for the marginalized. His humanitarian projects, including free hospitals that provide vital medical care, showcase his dedication to uplifting communities.

It is also worth noting that King Apostle Chibuzor invited foreign football clubs to Nigeria, where they have discovered local talents and sponsored them to join football academies abroad, facilitating their entry into international soccer. This initiative aims to nurture and promote young athletes, giving them opportunities to excel on a global stage.

Through empowerment programs for widows and skills training for youth, he is creating pathways for personal and professional development that many thought were unattainable.

In Nigeria, where the escalating costs of university education often crush dreams, Chibuzor’s dream to establish a free university shine brightly as a testament to what is possible. His vision transcends traditional educational paradigms, envisioning a future where financial constraints no longer dictate access to knowledge.

As he envisioned a free university, HRM King Apostle Chibuzor is not merely challenging the existing system; he is rewriting the rules of engagement. His commitment to the underprivileged marks a pivotal shift in the educational landscape of Africa, offering a lifeline to those who have long been denied opportunities for growth and success.

The Free University for the poor is more than just an educational institution; it is a revolutionary movement aimed at breaking the chains of poverty through access to quality education. By prioritizing the needs of the marginalized, Apostle Chibuzor is paving the way for a brighter future—a future where every individual has the chance to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society. His audacious initiative is a powerful reminder of the impact of compassion and faith in driving real social change, inspiring a new generation of leaders across the continent.

As King Apostle Chibuzor embarks on this transformative journey of establishing a Free University, there is a vital call to action for well-meaning individuals and organizations to join him in making this mission a reality. This initiative has the power to redefine education and create lasting change for the underprivileged across Africa.

Partnerships are essential to the success of this groundbreaking vision. By contributing resources, expertise, or advocacy, supporters can play a crucial role in dismantling the financial barriers that have long hindered access to education.
Apostle Chibuzor’s vision is not just about establishing a University; it’s about creating a movement for social justice and equality.

Together, we can ensure that every aspiring student, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to pursue their dreams and contribute meaningfully to society.

The world is watching as HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere prepares to launch a movement that could change the fabric of education in Africa forever. Will this be the dawn of a new era where education is a right, not a privilege? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: the journey toward equality and empowerment has begun.
